Weleetka, OK – Okla. officials mark anniversary of girls' deaths
WELEETKA, Okla. (AP) Oklahoma law enforcement authorities say they are looking at suspects in the deaths of two girls two years after they were fatally shot, but they still need the public's help in solving the crime.
Tulsa City and County are filing for a joint application to hire four civilian crime analysts. The amount totals 665-thousand dollars. The City would get 627-thousand of that. The grant is from the U-S Department of Justice---in the form of a Justice Assistance Grant.
The grant appears on tomorrow morning's eight o'clock City Council agenda.
