A man was found shot to death in the River Glenn Apartments. The complex is located near 63rd and South Peoria.</p><p>The shooting took place about 3:30 Saturday morning. About 3,900 patients of Dr. W. Scott Harrington have gone to state clinics for testing. In March, health departments urged testing for 7,000 patients.
