(AP) &mdash; Police say a Mannford man has been arrested after authorities discovered the body of his friend in the woods in Pawnee County.</p><div><p>Police Chief Lucky Miller says a woman came to the police department Tuesday night and said she believed her husband had killed someone. (AP) &mdash; The U.S. Geological Survey says a 4.0-magnitude earthquake rattled eastern Oklahoma overnight but no damages or injuries were reported.</p><div><p>The quake happened shortly after 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. (AP) &mdash; Crews have restored water service to residents in Okmulgee after a break occurred in the main line at the water treatment plant.</p><div><p>Okmulgee City Manager Bob Baxter says water was successfully being pumped to the city as of 4 p.m. Wednesday.
